Purpose of the Position: He/she should be a fresher or experience candidate in Counseling and Calling and should be able to speak minimum English, Telugu and Hindi languages. They should have strong convincing skills and ability to convert each walk-in to Admission.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Your primary duties as Tele Counsellor will include

· Working with students on career, study and employment options by obtaining and examining information relevant to their abilities and needs

· To provide an effective and confidential counselling service to students presenting for counselling.

· providing information and resources to assist students with Course and career-seeking skills

· Calling Students or parents and converting them to walk-in and then into admission.

· conducting counselling interviews with individuals, couples and family groups

· assisting the understanding and adjustment of attitudes, expectations and behavior to develop more effective interpersonal and marital relationships

· presenting alternative approaches and discussing potential for attitude and behavior change
contributing information, understanding and advice on the learning and behavior of students, especially those with special needs, and assisting parents in dealing with these needs

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
