Job Description

• Counselling to the clients as per their requirement
• Follow up with clients via emails and phone calls.
• Self learning and development on package knowledge for providing value services to the customers
• Excellent oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and superb listening skills.
• Sales oriented and target driven attitude
• Fix appointments and conduct home demo sessions on daily basis including follow-up sessions
• Understand Customer profile & problems to explain related services/ packages to the customers.
• Create the need for Smart Learning and advise customers to book the service/treatment as solution
• Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
• Developing customized strategic plans for clients and convert the walkins
