We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Recruiter to join our global HR team. In this role, you will drive the hiring of top-tier talent across the Americas, Europe and APAC and help us build high-performing teams in both technical and business functions. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, build and nurture strong talent pipelines, and deliver a fast, high-quality hiring experience that directly contributes to our company’s growth and success worldwi

Responsibilit

  Execute targeted hiring strategies to identify, and hire high-quality talent across sales, technical, and business r
• oles.Proactively source candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outr
• each.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support rapid hiring and future gr
• owth.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill needs, and success prof
• iles.Track and report key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline quality, candidate conversion rates) to support continuous improve
• ment.Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates clearly understand the company’s mission, values, and employee experi
• ence.Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and facilitating selection decis
• ions.Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (

ATS).
Require

• ments:
  A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent expe
• rience.3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in software or technology com
• panies.Fluent English communication
• skills.Experience supporting global recruitment, ideally across Europe an
• d APAC.Proficiency with recruiting and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other pla
• tforms.Ability to adapt quickly, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic envir
