Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Elementary School Teacher role based in Ahmedabad. The teacher will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives for elementary-grade students. Daily responsibilities include managing classroom routines, assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate records of student performance. The role involves creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports varied learning needs and encourages participation, critical thinking, and respectful behavior. The teacher will communicate regularly with parents and guardians, collaborate with colleagues on school initiatives, and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
Qualifications

• Strong Teaching and Elementary Education skills, with experience guiding young learners in core subjects.
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Education practices, including lesson planning and assessment design.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
• Relevant teaching certification or license, and a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Ability to manage classrooms positively, support diverse learning needs, and use age-appropriate instructional strategies.
• Comfort with basic educational technology and digital tools to support teaching and learning.
• Prior experience in an elementary school setting and familiarity with local curricula are advantageous.
