About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop engaging math content aligned with academic standards
2. Develop complete, publication-ready math textbooks and workbooks for primary grades, integrating stories, activities, illustrations, and assessments. Collaborate with designers and educators to structure chapters, exercises, and teacher notes in an interactive and learner-friendly manner.
3. Conduct teacher training both online and in schools and provide ongoing support
4. Promote effective classroom use of the math toolkit
5. Monitor usage patterns and provide recommendations to maximize learning outcomes
6. Contribute to the growth of an online support ecosystem and community engagement materials
Working Hours & Schedule:
1. Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
2. Work Days: Monday to Saturday
3. Weekly Off: Sunday only

Other requirements
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or Tech
2. 1+ years of experience in math curriculum development and teacher training
3. Strong knowledge of effective math pedagogy and hands-on learning tools
4. Comfortable with digital platforms and blended learning environments
5. Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
6. Experienced candidates can also apply with more than 2 years of experience
