Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) and PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) positions for all subjects, based in Maihar. Educators in these roles will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school curriculum, using varied teaching methods to support different learning styles. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom teaching, assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, and providing constructive feedback. Teachers will also supervise co-curricular activities, prepare students for examinations, maintain accurate academic records, and communicate regularly with parents or guardians. Collaboration with other staff members, participation in staff meetings, and involvement in school events and trainings are expected. Qualifications
Strong foundation in Education, with relevant teaching qualifications (B.Ed./M.Ed. or equivalent) appropriate for TGT/PGT roles.
Proficiency in Teaching and Training, with experience in classroom instruction and student assessment at primary or secondary levels.
Ability in Lesson Planning and curriculum implementation, including designing structured, engaging, and syllabus-aligned lesson plans.
Excellent Communication skills in English, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and interact effectively with students, colleagues, and families.
Subject-specific graduation/post-graduation (e.g., B.A./M.A., B.Sc./M.Sc., B.Com./M.Com. or equivalent) in the relevant teaching subject.
Comfort with classroom management, student mentoring, and fostering an inclusive, respectful learning environment.
Basic familiarity with educational technology, including digital tools for lesson preparation and student evaluation.
Prior experience as a TGT/PGT or in a similar teaching role in an English-medium school is preferred.
