About The Bloomrise Academy The Bloomrise Academy is an online educational platform offering live, one-on-one classes for children aged 18 months to 12+ from anywhere in the world. Our mission is to nurture young minds through Knowledge, Faith and Excellence.
Role: Online Quran Recitation Teacher (Part-Time, Remote)
We are looking for a passionate and qualified Quran Recitation Teacher to deliver personalised, age-appropriate online classes to young children from around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver live one-on-one Quran recitation classes via video call
- Teach Arabic letter recognition, proper pronunciation, basic Tajweed rules and short surahs
- Adapt lessons to each child’s age and learning pace
- Maintain regular communication with parents on progress
- Keep attendance and progress records
Requirements:
- Strong Quran recitation skills with knowledge of Tajweed
- Experience teaching children preferred
- Previous online teaching experience preferred
- Good command of English — essential for communicating with international families
- Comfortable using video conferencing tools such as Zoom, Google Meet or Skype
- Able to use online whiteboard tools such as Bitpaper, Explain Everything or similar
- Basic computer/tablet skills for online teaching
- Stable internet connection with camera and microphone
- Patient, warm and encouraging teaching style
- Availability for flexible hours across different time zones
