We’re looking for a z/OS Operating System Support Engineer to join our global technical support team. In this role, you will work directly with IBM’s enterprise clients to diagnose and resolve complex issues within IBM z/OS environments. You’ll collaborate with development teams, interact with global stakeholders, and grow into a subject matter expert by developing deep expertise in one or more technical areas of the z/OS operating system.
This is a deep technical support role—not a help desk or coding‑heavy development position. Your ability to think methodically, communicate clearly, and troubleshoot issues under pressure will be key to your success.
