About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Specialist Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and employer branding activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for HR and recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Assist in job posting and employer branding initiatives.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding activities for selected candidates.
• Achieve weekly and monthly recruitment targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and online recruitment platforms.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or related fields.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Prior internship experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
