ACE’s sports vertical offers in-school sports timetables, after-school advanced coaching, and specialized programs for student-athletes whose academic schedules are adapted to their training needs. The education vertical supports K–12 school owners and promoters with services such as greenfield school consultancy, teacher development, curriculum design, school audits, and parenting workshops. ACE aims to be a long-term value partner to schools by building holistic, learner-centered environments. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Early Years Educator role based in Mumbai. The Early Years Educator will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that integrate play-based learning, foundational literacy and numeracy, and, where relevant, sports and movement activities. The role involves creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment, observing and documenting children’s progress, and adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs. The educator will communicate regularly with families and school leadership, participate in school events and co-curricular activities, and collaborate with colleagues to align practices with ACE’s educational philosophy. Daily responsibilities also include preparing learning materials, maintaining classroom routines, and taking part in ongoing training and professional development offered by ACE. Qualifications
Strong foundation in early childhood Education and child development, with an understanding of play-based and holistic learning approaches.
Demonstrated Teaching experience with young children, including the ability to manage a classroom, differentiate instruction, and support diverse learners.
Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including designing age-appropriate, engaging activities that align with curriculum goals and integrate movement or sports where relevant.
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues, including clear, respectful, and culturally responsive communication.
Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing professional development, workshops, and coaching to continuously refine teaching practice.
Preferred: Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, familiarity with K–12 school systems, and comfort working in a dynamic, sports-integrated learning environment.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team, demonstrate empathy and patience, and uphold safeguarding and child protection standards at all times.
