Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Teacher / Facilitator.

The role is not based around traditional classroom lecturing or academic theory delivery.

You will be responsible for:

• delivering the Program clearly and confidently

• leading discussions and simulations

• managing classroom energy and participation

• helping students think critically about industry situations

• explaining complex ideas in simple language

• maintaining discipline, structure and engagement in the classroom

• adapting delivery style to different student personalities and learning speeds

You are not required to create curriculum frameworks or act as a motivational life coach in any way.

We are not looking for motivational speakers, social media performers or people trying to build personal fanbases through students.

The role is focused on high-quality program delivery and classroom facilitation.

What We Actually Need

We are looking for people who:

• can command attention in a room

• communicate clearly and naturally

• are comfortable saying, “I don’t know but lets try to find out”

• think logically under pressure

• are comfortable speaking to groups without needing their validation

• understand modern entertainment/media culture

• can handle difficult or disengaged students professionally

• are able to remain calm and functional under pressure

• can explain ideas without sounding overly academic

• are punctual, organised and serious about standards

Industry experience in music, media, marketing, events, entertainment or performance is useful but not mandatory. Being a musician is NOT essential and any experience as a music teacher is NOT considered an advantage.

Any other type of Teaching experience is useful but again, not mandatory.

If you can genuinely hold attention, communicate ideas effectively and manage people in real time, we are interested.

Requirements

• Full-time availability in Mumbai

• Strong spoken and written English

• Basic presentation and computer skills

• Ability to work in a structured professional environment

• Comfortable with modern technology and AI-assisted workflows

Formal degrees are not a deciding factor for this role.
