Role: Next-Gen Admissions Counselor / Sales Consultant (Global Intake)
Reports To: India Market Lead (Marketing and Execution)
Location: Remote (Based in India)
Employment Type: Strategic Internship / Performance Track (3–6 months, with a direct pathway to a competitive Full-Time Consultant role)
Compensation: Commission-Based / Incentivized “Earn While You Learn” (High-conversion structure with lucrative payouts per successful global enrollment—including our premier Germany Nursing, Spain Teaching, and Australia Dental streams).

You will deal directly with high-value international prospects across diverse markets, utilizing an elite, AI-powered software stack that removes guesswork from sales. We will train you to read live customer behavior, leverage machine-learning lead metrics, and close high-value deals—allowing you to earn substantial milestone incentives while mastering the future of MarTech sales.
2. Core Responsibilities
You will be embedded within our growth and conversions engine, utilizing advanced tech tools to guide prospects through their global career journeys:
A. Tech-Augmented Counseling & Live Engagement
Real-Time Visitor Tracking: Use Zoho SalesIQ to monitor live website visitors on our program microsites. Learn to identify high-intent prospects (e.g., a nurse calculating visa points on our Germany subdomain) and initiate smart, timely chat interactions.
Contextual Consultations: Conduct strategic, consultative counseling sessions via Zoho Voice. Say goodbye to cold calling—you will leverage live profile data generated by our AI models to provide precise, personalized advice on visa eligibility and language requirements.
Omnichannel Communication: Manage and convert leads fluidly across integrated platforms, using synchronized email campaigns, structured WhatsApp sequences, and automated follow-up pipelines.
B. AI-Driven Pipeline Management
Zia AI Workflow Integration: Learn to work hand-in-hand with Zia (Zoho’s Enterprise AI Assistant). You will use Zia’s predictive analytics to determine the “Best Time to Contact” a lead, completely bypassing the industry-standard 80% non-connect bottleneck.
Blueprint Navigation: Execute high-velocity conversions by navigating our customized Zoho CRM Blueprints. Ensure all qualifying student documentation (language background, passport readiness) is systematically validated alongside our backend AI checks.
Intent-Based Prioritization: Filter your daily dashboard to focus exclusively on high-scoring leads generated by our machine-learning scoring models, ensuring your energy is directed entirely at high-converting profiles.
C. Referral Network Amplification
Campaign Activation: Actively promote and drive our seasonal intake campaigns, such as the MayDay Nurse Referral Program, using social channels and direct networks to expand our organic lead pipeline.
Ambassador Tracking: Assist in managing referrer profiles within our network, coordinating tuition adjustments and bonus structures for successful student conversions.
3. Required Qualifications & Behavioral Attributes
