Key Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in English Language, Communication, Literature, and interdisciplinary domains as assigned by the University.
• Deliver advanced and internationally aligned curriculum in collaboration with global faculty, academic experts, and industry professionals.
• Adopt innovative and learner-centric pedagogies, including Project-Based Learning (PBL) and Problem-Based Learning methodologies.
• Integrate contemporary subjects such as Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, and Critical Thinking into classroom teaching and academic projects.
• Mentor and guide students in academic progression, research, communication skills, and career development.
• Engage in impactful, interdisciplinary, and real-world research leading to publications, funded projects, conferences, and academic collaborations.
• Develop instructional materials, course content, assessments, and technology-enabled learning resources in alignment with University standards.
• Participate actively in curriculum design, accreditation activities, faculty development programs, seminars, workshops, and institutional initiatives.
• Contribute to academic administration, student activities, outreach programs, and departmental growth.
• Foster an inclusive, intellectually stimulating, and globally oriented learning environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Research publications in reputed journals, conference presentations, or academic collaborations will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to international academic practices and interdisciplinary teaching approaches is desirable.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s Degree in English from a recognized University with an excellent academic record.
• Strong passion for language, communication, and higher education teaching.
• Energetic and student-centric professional with an interest in American Language and Culture.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in English Language Teaching (ELT), academic training, or related higher education engagement.
• Ability to deliver globally benchmarked curriculum alongside international faculty and professionals.
• Demonstrated inclination towards innovative, interdisciplinary, and socially relevant research.
• Technological proficiency and ability to use digital teaching-learning tools effectively.
• Expertise in applying learner-centric pedagogies and experiential learning approaches.
