The primary objective is to ensure standardized curriculum delivery and operational efficiency while maintaining a direct impact on student learning.

Core Responsibilities

1. Academic Coordination & Segment Leadership

• Curriculum Supervision: Oversee the planning and timely completion of syllabi across the assigned segment or department.
• Lesson Plan Auditing: Conduct weekly checks of teacher lesson plans to ensure they are high-quality, include clear learning objectives, and align with school standards.
• Quality Assurance: Review student notebooks and assessment papers to verify that the planned curriculum is being effectively delivered in the classroom.
• Operational Management: Direct the scheduling of timetables, substitutions, examinations, and campus-wide academic events.
• Teacher Alignment: Lead regular segment meetings to synchronize teaching methodologies and provide constructive feedback on instructional planning.

2. Instructional Excellence

• Pedagogical Delivery: Execute high-impact, competency-based lessons in the assigned subject area.
• Assessment & Feedback: Implement rigorous evaluation methods, maintain accurate grade records, and provide timely feedback to students.
• Classroom Culture: Model advanced classroom management techniques, fostering an English-speaking environment and active student participation.
• Remedial Strategy: Identify learning gaps within the classroom and design targeted interventions to support student achievement.

3. Professional & Administrative Standards

Candidate Profile

• Academic Credentials: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject; B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
• Professional Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably with a proven track record in a supervisory or departmental head role.
• Communication Mastery: Exceptional command of spoken and written English, with the ability to articulate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in utilizing Educational Technology (EdTech), School ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
