Role: Software Lead Instructor
Location: Pune
Experience: 1+ Year (MERN Developer with strong DSA )
CTC: 12-18 LPA (negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality offline sessions on MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js DSA
- Conduct hands-on exercises, assignments, and real-world projects
- Guide students individually and resolve technical doubts
- Track performance, conduct assessments & offer feedback
- Contribute to improving curriculum based on industry trends
What We’re Looking For :
- Strong MERN Stack development experience
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
