Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Manager role based in the Pune Division. The Social Media Marketing Manager will plan and execute social media strategies across platforms to build brand awareness, engage learners, and support student acquisition. Responsibilities include managing daily posting schedules, creating and curating content, optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance analytics to refine strategies. The role involves collaborating with academic and marketing teams to align messaging with ongoing courses, events, and brand values, as well as responding to community queries and comments in a timely, professional manner. The manager will also stay current with social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices in the education sector. Manage and respond to Quora discussions and educational community platforms Create and manage reels, short videos, posters, banners, and promotional creatives. Handle email marketing, WhatsApp campaigns, and online branding activities. Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms. Work closely with management to strengthen Nilaya Education’s online presence and reputation
