Role Description

This is a remote role for an Online Tutor at Fundamend Academy.

We are hiring passionate tutors for 1:1 online classes (Grade 1–12, CBSE/ICSE/State Boards).

Role:

• Conduct interactive 1:1 live classes
• Customize teaching based on student level
• Track student progress and performance
• Maintain structured lesson delivery

Responsibilities

Include delivering personalized online lessons to students, creating customized lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing regular feedback to parents.

The role also involves helping students overcome challenges in core subjects, strengthening their understanding of fundamentals, and supporting overall academic growth.

Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge in core academic areas
• Ability to design and deliver engaging, student-centered lesson plans and learning materials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner
• Experience in conducting assessments, tracking student performance, and providing constructive feedback
• Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curricula is highly preferred
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for online teaching
• A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire students to achieve their academic goals
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, the relevant subject field, or a related discipline
• Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is advantageous
