Role Description

tchr. is seeking a full-time Lecturer in Chemistry for an on-site role based in Bengaluru. The Lecturer will be responsible for delivering engaging and insightful chemistry lectures, developing detailed lesson plans in alignment with course curricula, and demonstrating laboratory techniques to reinforce theoretical concepts. Other key responsibilities include conducting academic research and fostering a collaborative and innovative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in General Chemistry with an ability to communicate complex concepts effectively
• Experience in Lecturing and delivering structured and interactive educational content through online medium
• Comfortable handling live online classes
• Background in Education, with knowledge of pedagogical strategies and curriculum development
• Ability to conduct and contribute to Research in the field of Chemistry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry or a related field
• Familiarity with teaching in regional languages is a plus
• Ability to engage and mentor students effectively
• Commitment towards long-term collaboration
