Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar. The Job Title will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering assigned academic or training sessions in alignment with RAFA ACADEMY’s curriculum and standards. Daily tasks may include preparing lesson materials, conducting classes, assessing learner performance, and providing constructive feedback to support learner progress. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, communicating regularly with learners and relevant stakeholders, and participating in staff meetings or professional development activities. The Job Title is expected to contribute to a positive, respectful learning environment and support academy policies and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background (e.g., bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field) and a strong interest in teaching or training.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly in English, both in writing and verbally, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in classroom or group facilitation, including lesson planning, learner assessment, and classroom management, is highly beneficial.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for preparation, record-keeping, and communication; willingness to learn new educational technologies.
• Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in an on-site academic setting.
• Prior experience in an educational institution or training center in Srinagar or similar contexts is an advantage.
