Role Overview
We are looking for experienced professionals from top companies to join us as Mentors/Instructors for live cohort-based programs.
As a Mentor, your primary responsibility will be:
- teaching,
- guiding students,
- and helping shape an industry-relevant curriculum.
Our team will handle:
- marketing and student acquisition,
- operations and scheduling,
- cohort coordination,
- community management,
- teaching assistant support,
- and backend logistics.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct live online sessions for cohort-based programs
- Help design and refine curriculum structure
- Guide students through projects and assignments
- Conduct Q&A and doubt-clearing sessions
- Provide feedback on capstone projects
- Share practical industry insights and workflows
- Help students understand real-world applications of skills
Cohort Structure
- Duration: 1–2 months
- Live Classes: 24–40 hours
- Batch Size: ~50 – 75 students
- Format: Fully online and live
- Includes:
- projects,
- assignments,
- case studies,
- capstone project,
- community interaction
Ideal Candidate
- Strong industry experience in areas such as:
- AI,
- marketing,
- product,
- business,
- growth,
- technology,
- analytics,
- design,
- or related domains
- Experience working at reputable startups or companies
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Practical and execution-oriented mindset

Compensation
Compensation will be structured based on:
- cohort size,
- student enrollments,
- and engagement scope.
Current planned range:
- approximately ₹1–1.5 lakh per cohort, depending on enrollments and structure.
