Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Naati CCL Trainer based in India, with the flexibility to work partly from home. The Naati CCL Trainer will design and deliver high-quality Naati CCL preparation classes, both in-person and online, following EnglishWise Global’s curriculum and teaching standards. Daily tasks include lesson planning, creating practice materials and mock tests, assessing student performance, and providing targeted feedback to help learners achieve exam success. The trainer will also conduct small-group and one-to-one sessions, monitor student progress using learning platforms, and maintain accurate records of attendance and outcomes. Collaboration with academic and administrative staff to improve course content, share best practices, and support student engagement is a key part of this role. Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Naati CCL test requirements, assessment criteria, and current exam trends, preferably with personal Naati CCL accreditation or equivalent experience.
Strong teaching and facilitation skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and the ability to teach diverse groups of international students.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written), with clear communication, effective feedback skills, and a student-centered teaching approach.
Experience delivering training in both online environments, including familiarity with virtual classroom tools and digital learning platforms.
Ability to analyze student performance data, identify learning gaps, and adapt materials or methods to support individual and group progress.
Relevant qualifications in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, Translation/Interpreting, or a related field; a teaching certificate (e.g., TESOL/TEFL/CELTA) is highly regarded.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with reliability in meeting class schedules, marking deadlines, and reporting requirements.
Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to curriculum development, resource creation, and continuous improvement of Naati CCL programs.
