Mentor Match helps students from classes 3-12 study their school portions better by matching them with their mentors based on learning styles,interests and career paths, who are from top colleges such as IIT, CHRIST,BITS Pillani,Ashoka,etc.

Our online mentoring program caters to students of classes 3-12 for all subjects (including Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Commerce, Accounting, Humanities, etc.) from all boards (including CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, IB Board, and regional State Boards).

Our goal is to improve the quality of education while making it accessible to all. This is why we provide 1-on-1 study sessions at a nominal rate!!

Area of work: Teaching,Teacher professional development and educational program design

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in teaching
• Expertise in Science & Maths
• Any undergraduate/Post graduate degree
• Added advantage if you have worked with Teach For India

Responsibilities:

• Handle 1-on-1 live sessions for school students from 3-12th
• Innovate the teaching methods and use creative learning styles
• Train mentors on teaching patterns
• As we are a young and growing organization we would like these lead mentors to be a part of the program design team.
