Role Overview –
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Academic Counsellor B2C to drive enrollments for Jobaaj’s career programs, courses, internships, and job-related services. The role involves engaging directly with students and professionals, understanding their career goals, and guiding them toward the right Jobaaj offerings.
Key Responsibilities –
▪️Counsel students and working professionals on career paths, courses, internships, and placement services.
▪️Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful enrollments.
▪️ Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Jobaaj programs and career solutions.
▪️Conduct phone, WhatsApp, video, and email interactions with prospects.
▪️ Maintain follow-ups to ensure high conversion and customer satisfaction.
▪️Achieve individual sales and revenue targets on a monthly basis.
▪️Maintain accurate records of leads and conversions in CRM systems.
▪️Collaborate with training, placement, and marketing teams to improve offerings and outcomes.
▪️ Build long-term relationships to drive referrals and repeat engagement.
Required Skills & Qualifications –
▪️Graduate in any discipline (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).
▪️ 0–3 years of experience in B2C sales, academic counseling, inside sales, or EdTech sales.
▪️Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
▪️Empathetic approach toward students and professionals seeking career guidance.
▪️ Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
▪️Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales metrics is an advantage.
