Data Entry Operator (Minimum 1 yr of exp.)

We are looking to hire candidates for the Data Entry Operator role. The person should have a minimum of 1 year of experience for this position and typing speed of above 30 WPM.

Data Entry Operator Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for data entry.

• Verifies and logs receipt of data.

• Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.

• Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.

• Uses basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.)

• Maintains a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards.

• Completes additional assigned tasks as required.

Data Entry Operator Qualifications/Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to multitask effectively

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy

• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

• Good Typing Speed, Familiar with PageMaker, Adobe InDesign, Excel & Word

• Familiar with Adobe-InDesign will be added advantage

• Must understand English & Gujarati Language

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
