HKBK college of engineering is looking for suitable candidates for its Training and Placement department as Head- T&P.

Exp: 10 + years

Roles and Responsibilities of T&P Head

• Developing and Executing the Placement strategy
• Interacting with the Past Recruiters
• Interacting with the Potential Recruiters
• Developing and maintaining Corporate Database
• Coordinating all the activities related to Placement
• Manage the Centralized Placement activities for ALL courses including all streams of BE, MBA and UG programs including BCA, B.Com and BBA
• Conduct and Organize Campus-To-Corporate Training for all the students
• Ability to enter into tie-up arrangements with Industries & Corporates of repute for Campus recruitment
• Conduct Career Counselling sessions with Students of all streams and all academic years
• Prepare students for campus recruitment by arranging training in Aptitude tests, group discussions, preparing for Technical and HR interviews through professional trainers.
• Responsible for Industry Institute Interaction activities

Skills required

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of functioning of academic institutions and placement process
• Industry/Corporate experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
