About the company:

We are an online tutoring service for school students to teach them technologies like web development, scratch, and data science.


About the internship/job:

  • Note – Only 2019, 2020 and 2021 graduates are eligible to apply. Selected intern’s day to day responsibilities include: 1. Maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking 2. Implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding students and tutors, and minimizing churn 3. Overseeing the complete life cycle of the customer engagement 4. Ensuring customer satisfaction at all touchpoints 5. Participating at key sales meetings 6. Developing and managing customer portfolios 7. Analyzing customer data to improve customer experience 8. Shortlisting parents for upselling to next course 9. Adding the parents to the upselling sheet for the Business development team 10. Taking ownership of the payment pipeline 11. Sending out reminders to the customers along with payment links

  • are available for full time (in-office) internship
  • have relevant skills and interests
  • can start the internship between 23rd Aug’21 and 27th Sep’21
  • are available for duration of 2 months
  • have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
