Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated full-time Robotics Instructor to join our team in New Delhi. In this on-site role, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging robotics lessons to students. You will guide young learners in understanding robotics and programming concepts while fostering their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, providing hands-on training, and supporting students in practical projects and competitions. Collaboration with fellow educators to continually enhance the curriculum is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Robotics and Programming, with a solid understanding of robotics platforms and coding skills.
• Experience in STEM education and training, particularly in engaging young learners with hands-on learning activities.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Proven ability to mentor students and foster an interest in technology and innovation.
• Educational background in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related STEM field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Experience participating in or coaching for robotics competitions, such as FIRST Robotics or similar, is a plus.
• A passion for education and working with children to build their skills and confidence is a must.
