Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Greater Noida for a Soft Skills and Verbal Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions on soft skills, communication, and life skills. Key responsibilities include designing training modules, delivering interactive presentations, assessing participants, offering constructive feedback, and ensuring training objectives are met effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Soft Skills, Communication, and Life Skills
• Proficiency in Training & Development and creating impactful learning experiences
• Highly effective Presentation Skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• Ability to assess the learning needs of participants and adapt training content accordingly
• Relevant experience in training or teaching, particularly in higher education or corporate settings, is advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Communication, or a related field
