• Aiding in the course selection process to ensure progress towards student goals.

• Displaying an interest in student development.

• Identifying student strengths and weaknesses.

• Intervening if behavioural or academic abnormalities occur.

• Connecting students with resources, such as counsellors or tutors.

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of institutional policies.

• Cold- Calling to the students and generating leads.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a counsellor in the same industry

• Excellent verbal and written skills.

• Hands on Experience with MS Office.

• Should know how to maintain reports and data of students.

• Convincing skills are must.

• Adaptable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
