We’re looking for an Ideal Candidate to join our team as an AI Instructor, working directly with high school students (Grades 9–12) to build the AI literacy and career skills they’ll need for the future. This isn’t your average teaching role. We need someone who lives at the intersection of education and AI.
You’ve expereince at an EdTech platform — Unacademy, upGrad, Coursera India, or similar. You know what it means to keep 20 students engaged on Zoom . You’ve learned what makes a video lesson worth watching and what makes a student close the tab.
About the Role
This role is for someone who is genuinely passionate about preparing the next generation for an AI-shaped world.
Responsibilities
- Teaching & Training Experience: You’ve designed and delivered structured lessons or training programs. You know how to hold a room and adapt when the room isn’t with you. Have done zoom sessions and live training sessions.
- Deep Understanding of 9–12 Grade Students & Their Career Needs: You understand what motivates a 15-year-old. You can connect AI skills to real career paths — and make that connection feel real, not theoretical.
- Thorough Knowledge of AI & AI Tools: You understand how LLMs work. You’re hands-on with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar. You know what Agentic AI means and can explain it without jargon. Also have done courses and certifications on AI
- Prompt Engineering Skills: You craft effective prompts. You know the difference between a mediocre prompt and a great one — and you can teach that difference to students.
