Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online/offline classes and training sessions.
- Mentor and guide students on academic and career development.
- Create lesson plans, assignments, assessments, and learning materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback.
- Support students in improving subject knowledge and practical skills.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and interactive workshops.
- Collaborate with curriculum and content teams.
- Encourage student participation and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Track student performance metrics and reports through the LMS platform.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and coaching students.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Good understanding of LMS platforms and online learning tools.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in teaching CBSE, Bihar Board, ICSE, or competitive subjects.
- Knowledge of AI tools, digital learning platforms, and educational technologies.
- Experience in career counseling and mentorship.
- Content creation or training material development experience.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in relevant field.
- B.Ed. (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with excellent communication and teaching skills can also apply.
