Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lecturer in Chemistry to join our academic team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on delivering high-quality Chemistry education for Intermediate and competitive exam aspirants. The candidate will be responsible for conceptual teaching, curriculum enhancement, student mentoring, and guiding students for IIT-JEE, NEET, EAMCET, and other competitive examinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and concept-oriented Chemistry lectures for Intermediate students
• Prepare students for IIT-JEE, NEET, EAMCET, and board examinations
• Teach Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, and Inorganic Chemistry effectively
• Plan and execute syllabus completion as per academic schedules
• Develop and improve study materials, assignments, worksheets, and test papers
• Conduct practical and theoretical sessions effectively
• Organize regular assessments, mock tests, and doubt-clearing sessions
• Analyze student performance and provide academic improvement strategies
• Mentor students academically and motivate them toward competitive success
• Coordinate with academic heads and management regarding syllabus progress and student performance
• Prepare question papers, evaluation reports, and result analysis
• Stay updated with advancements in Chemistry education and innovative teaching methodologies
• Participate in faculty meetings, academic reviews, PTMs, and institutional activities

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in Intermediate or Competitive Coaching
• Experience in Chemistry Education with the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development focused on competitive exam preparation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills
• Passion for teaching and student development
• Experience in residential coaching or integrated programs is preferred
