Roles and Responsibilities

• Revenue generation through new admissions and retention of old ones.
• Responsible for the EBITDA of the Centre
• Maintaining the standard of operations of centre: The person is responsible for maintaining high standard of performance at the Centre at all times.
• Ensuring safety and wellbeing of children at the centre and adult child ratio is maintained all the time
• Program delivery as per plan
• Maintaining safety and Hygiene
• Vibrancy and liveliness at the centre
• Managing parent expectation within the rules
• Managing Centre staff, recruitment, retention, output and discipline.
• Timely and accurate recovery and reporting of revenue.
• Meeting parents and taking feedbacks

Desired Candidate Profile

• An overall 5 years of work experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in Education/Child Day Care Services
• Bachelors degree required; Early childhood education experience may be preferred
• Able to collaborate and communicate effectively and professionally with other employees and managers to ensure teamwork
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and customer handling skills
• Strategic thinker and proficient in decision-making
• An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
