About the company:

Filo is a technology-based education company. We aim to solve problems faced by students of classes 9-12 while self-studying. Whenever a student is stuck, he/she can take a picture or type in-app and within 2 minutes, an expert will be provided a 1-to-1 session over a video call. Currently, more than 1000 alumni of India’s premier institutes like IITs, NITs, AIIMS, BITS, IISC, etc. have joined the platform as experts and we intend to onboard 3000+ experts by the next 3 months.

About the internship/job:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Guiding the students in making judicious & informed decisions about their education and career 2. Supporting the emotional and professional growth of students and providing educational and vocational guidance 3. Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals 4. Providing one-on-one career guidance and skill assessment to assist with career development 5. Giving motivational support to students

Who can apply:

Only those students or freshers can apply who:

• are available for full time (in-office) internship
• have relevant skills and interests
• can start the internship between 13th Aug’21 and 17th Sep’21
• are available for duration of 6 months
• have already graduated or are currently in any year of study
• are from Gurgaon and neighboring cities
• Females willing to start/restart their career may also apply

Other requirements:

Must have basic knowledge of different streams after 10th class (science/commerce/humanities) and career opportunities Should be aware of various exams which are conducted for college admissions Must have an understanding of different curriculums from 8th to 12th class Should be able to handle student enquirers effectively Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous work environment Must be confident and should have strong presentation skills Must be fluent in English and Hindi
