Educational Qualification Post Graduate, B.Ed. compulsory

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Strong knowledge of English as subject and minimum of 5 years in teaching classes 10th, 11th and 12th learners

· Fluency in speaking and writing is must

· Experience of creative teaching styles would be a plus

· experience in theater, debates magazine

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Understanding curriculum requirements and creating syllabus, lesson plans, and educational content that satisfy these requirements

2. Analyzing the needs, strengths, and weaknesses of students and structuring lessons and assessments around them/ Plan, prepare and present lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class

3. Adjusting teaching methods to suit different groups of learners

4. Timely correction and marking of assignment work carried out by the students in class and elsewhere

5. Communicating, consulting and providing feedback to the parents of students during PTM or as and when the requirement / need arises

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
