Job Description for Trainer English Communication Trainer
A. Technical Knowledge The responsibility of an English trainer is to help the students
understand English, speak it and be able to write and read it.
Your duties will range from the preparation of course work,
planning of the classes and marking of work handed in. On
top of this trainer also will have to arrange the co-curricular
activities
Typical duties include:
• Organizing and delivering content to the students
• Preparing course work collaterals, assessments, hand
outs
• Evaluating individual students learning growth and
documenting
• Classroom management • Developing lesson plans
• Creating vibrant classroom atmosphere
Personal abilities:
• Should be good communicator as you will be on
many occasions communicating with parents and
society
• Planning and organizational skills
B. Candidate Profile Any Graduate in Any Specialization with minimum of 2 year
experience in education industry.
Should have excellence in both English and Tamil Language
