Responsibilities of the Office Manager of the College.
Overall smooth functioning of college office.
Admission of students and maintenance of records of the students.
Receipts, expenditures and maintenance of accounts in Tally Software and submission of monthly statement of accounts.

Maintenance of all records of the college in ERP Software.

Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally Software and ERP Software

Observance of the Act, Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations, Rules and other Orders issued thereunder from time to time Supervision of College.

Any other work relating to the college as may be assigned to him by the Competent Authority from time to time.

Knowledge of EPFO Act, ESIC Act, Labour Laws, Income tax Act, AICTE, Education policy, etc.
maintenance of their Service Books and looking after the general welfare of the staff
Observance and implementation of directives issued by Government, authorities viz. Director of Education / Higher Education / University and other concerned authorities.
especially regarding Accounts matters.

Overall incharge of the college account and record keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹10,000.00 per month
