Profile

• Montessori education.
• Bachelor/Master in early childhood education.
• PGD – Teaching children with special educational needs.
• Experience in Montessori school.
• Strikes to form a cohesive team of teachers.
• Extensive supervisory experience.
• Ability to create schedules and track outcome of each.
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills including ability to speak in public.

Roles and responsibility

• You will be entrusted with a wide arrow of tasks which include curriculum designing, implementation, and educational development of the child.
• Area of responsibility : Pre nursery till Class 2.
• Aid the facility with resources and create display to ensure proper implementation of the curriculum.
• Plan, develop, schedule and provide training to the faculty of TWGS.
• Develop a child centric learning environment and change the creative display based on the ongoing theme of the curriculum.
• Assists record and report achievement of teachers and the students.
• Leader team of teachers and educate education support staff to achieve best practice in the designated leadership role.
• Oversee daily schedule for each classroom.
• Coordinate with School Coordinator , Principal and teaching staff to establish early childhood and toddler program.
• Conduct marketing campaigns. Maintains good relation between parents and schools and schools community.
