Education Counsellor – will be responsible for the following key areas:

· Explain about admission procedures and courses offered to the students through Cold calling

· Maintain the target metrics by converting potential students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.

· Support the students throughout the admission process by answering to their queries.

· Ability to learn on own initiative and research best study options for students.

· Flexibility over working hours

· Must Have Excellent Communication and Soft Spoken. Excellent command of spoken and written English and Hindi language.

· Maintain regular communication with students, for coordinating admission activities and resolving problems.

· Result-orientated, enthusiastic towards the role and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.

· Good Interpersonal skills , target oriented , Highly convincing and Hands-on experience in counselling

· Good Quality of Android Phone with Recording Application to record the calls made.
