Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Teaching Assistant. The Teaching Assistant will support the lead teacher in preparing lesson plans, supervising and engaging with students, assisting with classroom activities, and providing additional support to students who need it. Ensuring a conducive learning environment and maintaining class organization will also be key responsibilities. The role requires daily interaction with children to foster learning and growth in a supportive manner.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Assistant Teaching and Working with Children to support effective classroom activities
- Strong skills in Communication and interpersonal interaction to engage with students, teachers, and parents effectively
- A background in Education with knowledge of teaching methodologies and techniques
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young learners
- Relevant experience in educational or childcare settings is a plus
- Certification or training in early childhood education or a related field is advantageous
