Responsibilities and Duties

To record online classes as per operational requirement

To develop the New Subject Content and improve the existing content

To take doubt clearing sessions

To promote Success Mantra brand on different channels and platforms including YouTube, Facebook

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Graduate in Media with good subject knowledge

Excellent communication skills & fluent in English (English : Hindi should be 90 : 10)

Should have teaching experience related to competitive English

People with direct Coaching Industry Experience would be preferred

Prior teaching experience of at least 2 Years would be of added advantage

Neat and clean writing on board, Excellent board presentation

Ability to create classroom environments in video lectures

Description of concepts with live examples matched with theory
