. To present the Success Mantra offerings to Students, their parents effectively

· Convert Face to Face Enquiries into Admissions & Telephonic enquiries into walk-ins

· Managing a team of education counsellors and tele counsellors

· Responsible for the overall targets and profitability

· Responsible for enhancing the enrollment of the students in Classroom & Non-classroom program

· Any Other work as assigned by the Success Mantra Management.
