Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an English Teacher based in Jammu. The English Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging English lessons, preparing students for competitive exams, and fostering a strong foundation in English language skills. The role will also involve regular communication with students, evaluation of their progress, and collaboration with other educators to align teaching goals with the academy’s mission.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English Teaching, including a strong command of the English language and grammar.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and the ability to design engaging and effective lesson plans tailored to diverse student needs.
• Experience in Education with a strong background in Teaching practices and methodologies.
• Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for student development and the ability to inspire learners to achieve their goals.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in teaching or coaching for competitive exams is an added advantage.
