1. Be the first point of contact for new members by calling, welcoming, and helping them feel comfortable on the platform.
2. Guide learners and their families through a smooth onboarding journey by explaining how Walkabout works, matching them with suitable activities, and ensuring continuous support throughout the process.
3. Provide responsive and empathetic support across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, phone, email, and Facebook, ensuring every interaction is clear, personalized, and reassuring.
4. Assist learners with class registrations, resolving technical issues, and maximizing their experience on the platform.
5. Exercise sound judgment while responding to social media comments or negative feedback, understanding when to escalate concerns and when to resolve them independently.
