• Teaching Diploma courses in audio engineering, music production and mixing and mastering, specifically oriented towards, application in audio/sound production, acoustics/ psychoacoustics, or advanced audio analog/ DSP technology design and applications
• Knowledge of principles, methods and current developments in the field of audio engineering
• Thorough understanding of audio recording theory, research, and practice
• Comprehensive knowledge of audio recording, editing, and mixing techniques, digital audio workstations, audio processing, audio software development, and auditory perception. (Knowledge and experience in other aspects of audio engineering technology will be considered)
• Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to advice, instruct, manage, motivate and evaluate students
• Skilled in the use of Apple computers, Microsoft Office software, Avid Pro Tools software, Logic Pro, and Internet resources
• Ability to successfully interact with students, other educators and educational institution representatives, and the general public in a professional manner
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of the programs and services offered D7 Media Institute. Interest and ability to work collaboratively in course design

Desired Candidate Profile

• Can be from Audio, Video or Media Academy Industry or Film Industry
• Appropriate Technical Qualifications and Certification which can include – Logic Pro, Protools, Managements of Analog and Digital Audio and Video Equipments
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
