1. Should have a thorough understanding of the cybersecurity domain and the various courses we offer, process and duration.

2. Should follow strict adherence to the Standard Operational Procedures of RedTeam.

3. Should report to the manager and directors on the progression of the activities.
Should follow RedTeam’s Leave Policy.

4. Coordinate with Team Lead to conduct weekly workshops at the centre.

5.Should be responsible for lead management, proper handling and on-time updation of CRM.

6. Should be follow up leads without any failure

7. Should keep a proper pipeline structure to keep in touch with hot, warm and cold category leads through separate follow-up campaigns

8. Should be able to use various online platforms for lead generation and business development.

9. Always give importance to customer relationships and ensure the best customer service while counselling and following up leads.

10. Management has the full right to allocate and revise tasks.
