Qualification: Graduate / Post graduate Any Trainer certifications will be an added advantage

Responsibilities

• :Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment
• .Must be a leader that sets the standard and expectations through example in his/ her conduct, work ethic, integrity and character
• .Able to deliver, project and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies both in group and individual classroom dynamics
• .Strongly adopt, imbibe and reflect the values that are required in any teacher in Vedantu
• .Manage the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programs as well as ongoing learning opportunities across the organization, in support of the organization’s needs
• .Effectively engage with multiple stakeholders on the training needs, training plans, training designs and training feedbacks
• .Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program
• sMonitor and measure effectiveness of all training program
• sProactively work with the Master Teachers/Class Teachers/Personal Teachers to improve their session delivering skills by reviewing the sessions, connecting with teachers and conducting review meetings as and when require
• dReactively support the teacher by connecting the teacher with right individual in cases outside the scope of this profil
• ePerforms other related duties as assigned or requeste
