Role & responsibilities

• The job involves counseling & guiding students and parents for overseas education and related admission process including details of training on the, GRE, GMAT, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, PTE.
• Following up with the students
• Convert enquiries into enrollments
• Conduct research on courses and universities.
• Handle escalations and to ensure student satisfaction in issue resolution.
• Demonstrate strong customer service orientation in all spheres of activities.
• Ensuring meeting the sales/ revenue assigned.
• Ensure students attain success in their chosen career path
• Coordinating with Admission Department for the student admission timely with regular dues.
• Establishing and maintaining excellent rapport with prospective students by adding value services.
• Should have knowledge of the entire process and requirements for study abroad Universities degrees, Eligibility Tests, process etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.
• Excellent fluency in English and the local language Communication (both written & verbal)
