Role Description

This is a contract Corporate Trainer role with Adani Airport Holdings Ltd located in Jaipur. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for designing training programs, delivering training sessions, assessing employee performance, and facilitating learning initiatives on-site.

Qualifications

• Training program design, development, and delivery
• Performance assessment and feedback
• Facilitation of learning initiatives
• Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Experience in aviation or transportation industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field
