Job Title: School Teacher for Academy

Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will inspire and educate students, create a positive learning environment, and contribute to the academic and social development of students. The teacher will be responsible for preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress, and fostering a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that meet the educational needs of students in accordance with the school curriculum.
• Classroom Management: Establish and enforce rules for behavior, maintain order in the classroom, and create a positive learning environment.
• Student Assessment: Evaluate students’ academic and social growth through tests, projects, assignments, and regular feedback.
• Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with special needs or advanced abilities.
• Parent Communication: Regularly communicate with parents/guardians about students’ progress, achievements, and any concerns.
• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development and stay updated with current teaching practices and educational standards.
• Extracurricular Involvement: Contribute to school activities, clubs, and events outside the classroom, promoting overall student development.
• Collaborative Work: Work with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum changes, teaching strategies, and school policies.
• Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students to help them achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress, attendance, and other required documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A teaching certification is required.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory for passionate and qualified candidates.

• Proficiency in the subject matter being taught.

Working Conditions

• Environment: Classroom setting, with occasional outdoor activities or field trips.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends for parent-teacher meetings or school events.

Requirements

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Education Management or similar is highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 6 months years of experience in educational management, with at least 1 years in a leadership role. Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. In-depth knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in educational technology and e-learning platforms. Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills. Personal Attributes: Passion for education and lifelong learning.
